Group Study Rooms

Group rooms are available in MD Anderson Library and the Music Library.

  • Groups are limited to 4 hours per day during peak hours (Monday – Thursday, 7am – 5pm)
  • Review all group study rooms policies before using a room

First-come-first-serve

  • Require a key for entry
  • Keys are available at the Service Desk. A valid CougarCard is required
  • There are no TV screens, projectors, or PCs in these rooms

Reservation required

  • Rooms include PCs connected to large TV screens. Visit the Service Desk for cables to connect personal laptops to TV screens
  • Require a reservation on rooms.lib.uh.edu except during final exams
  • Keys for reserved rooms are at the Service Desk. The reservation creator must pick up the key
  • Reservations will be held for 15 minutes. Your reservation will be canceled if you are more than 15 minutes late
  • Review all group study rooms policies before using
