Delivery Acceptance Guidelines for vendors and carriers
Acceptance Times and Days:
- Packages are accepted Monday through Friday from 7AM to 4PM at the University of Houston MD Anderson Library Loading Dock. The phone number is 713-743-9699
Delivery Stipulations:
- Packages should not be left unattended at the loading dock.
- A staff member from UH Libraries must sign for all deliveries.
- All packages must be delivered to the mailroom or received by a staff member from UH Libraries at the loading dock; no packages should be left at the M.D. Anderson Library front service desk.
Additional Considerations:
- For larger deliveries, please notify the Shipping and Receiving department by dialing the above number (or by email) in advance to ensure proper handling.
