Find a Missing Item
Submit a missing item form online via the catalog page of the item when it is not on the shelf. Select Report this Item Missing, then select Submit to be taken to the form.
Staff will search for the item for 5 business days. A notification email will be sent if the item is found. The found item will be held at the Service Desk for 7 days.
An interlibrary loan (ILL) request can be submitted if the item cannot be found. Indicate on the Report an Item Missing form to Request via Interlibrary Loan by selecting “Yes” and a request will be automatically generated.
