Print from your personal device

Cougarnet users now have two methods for printing from personal devices. Both options require an active Cougarnet account.

First time users will need to register their Cougarnet account via email before printing.

Supported file formats for mobile printing are .pdf, .doc, .dot, .docx, .rtf, .eml, .xls, .xlt, .xlsx, .csv, .ppt, .pptx, .pptm, .htm, .html, .mht, .txt.

Personal device printing is available on all printers at all libraries locations.

Submit your documents to My Print Center via web browser or Pharos Print app

My Print Center allows you to upload and view any pending documents as well as adjust printer settings.

1. Option 1: Open a web browser and visit My Print Center

   

   Option 2: Download the Pharos Print mobile app from the Apple App Store (Apple iOS devices) or from the Google Play Store (Android devices)

   

   ATTENTION: Pharos Print app users will need to enter the following server information to access login screen
   
   Server Name: mobileprint.lib.uh.edu
   Port: 443
2. Log in using your Cougarnet credentials to access the My Print Center portal.
3. Upload desired documents. An email confirmation will be sent when your documents are ready for release.

Other Printers on Campus

There are times when having access to a printer can be a challenge. To address this, UIT provides printer kiosks for students who need to quickly print a document from their laptop or remote desktop computer.
